A delicious sheet cake featuring chocolate and vanilla layers, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 200g all-purpose flour
- 200g sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 200ml vegetable oil
- 200ml milk
- 50g cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300g whipped cream
- 100g chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
- Add eggs, oil, and milk; stir until smooth.
- Divide the batter into two bowls. Add cocoa powder to one bowl.
- Pour the vanilla batter onto a baking sheet.
- Spoon the cocoa batter on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool.
- Whip the cream until stiff and spread over the cake.
- Top with chocolate shavings.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
