Ingredients

  • 200g sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 200ml vegetable oil
  • 200ml milk
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300g whipped cream
  • 100g chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. Add eggs, oil, and milk; stir until smooth.
  4. Divide the batter into two bowls. Add cocoa powder to one bowl.
  5. Pour the vanilla batter onto a baking sheet.
  6. Spoon the cocoa batter on top and swirl with a knife.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool.
  8. Whip the cream until stiff and spread over the cake.
  9. Top with chocolate shavings.
