Instructions

- Add sugar and mix until well combined.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in heavy cream, matcha powder, flour, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture into a greased cake pan.
- Bake in a water bath for 50-60 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and let the cake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
