Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add eggs, milk, matcha powder, and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add flour mixture to wet ingredients; mix until combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
