- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, flour, cheese, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Fry each patty for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm.

- Use leftover mashed potatoes for convenience.
