Description
A simple dessert made with marshmallows and crispy rice cereal.
Ingredients

- 4 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1 package (10 oz) marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Add crispy rice cereal and mix well.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Allow to cool and cut into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can add chocolate chips or nuts for variation.
