Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add melted chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream.
- Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
- Layer the mousse over the crust in the cups.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
