- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover and let cheese melt.
- Serve hot.
