- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Add the mushrooms to the marinade and toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
