Description
A refreshing salad of marinated cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetables.
- Add chopped dill and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
