Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
