Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat pork chops with the marinade.
- Let the chops marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the pork chops on the grill.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
- Brush with extra glaze while cooking.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Serve with vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
