Description
A creamy and sweet treat made with maple syrup.
Ingredients

- 2 cups maple syrup
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine maple syrup, heavy cream, and butter in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan.
- Let cool at room temperature until set, about 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be refrigerated for up to one week.
