- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups ripe mango puree
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, combine mango puree, key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and vanilla.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh mango for best flavor.
- Chill the pie overnight for a firmer texture.
- Garnish with lime slices if desired.
