Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. In another bowl, combine mango puree, key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and vanilla.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove and let it cool to room temperature.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  9. Top with whipped cream before serving.
