Ingredients

- 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
- 3 stalks lemongrass, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 red chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Combine lemongrass, garlic, chilies, soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan.
- Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 20-25 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice.
