Ingredients

  • 2 cups of diced potatoes
  • 1 cup of corn kernels
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then cool in ice water.
  4. In a baking dish, mix green beans, corn, and mashed potatoes.
  5. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
