Ingredients

- 4 cups of green beans
- 2 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of corn kernels
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- In a baking dish, mix green beans, corn, and mashed potatoes.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated.
- Reheat in the oven before serving.
- Feel free to add your favorite herbs.
