Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and celery until soft.
  3. Add sage, thyme, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  4. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, and parsley.
  5. Pour vegetable broth over the mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Transfer stuffing to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
