- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Stir in cheese and diced vegetables.
- Add the cubed bread and mix until well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
- Let cool, then cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
Notes
- This dish can be prepared the night before.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Reheat in the oven before serving.
