Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Stir in cheese and diced vegetables.
  4. Add the cubed bread and mix until well coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden.
  7. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate until ready to bake.
