Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  4. Add flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in milk while whisking. Cook until thickened.
  6. Add cheese gradually, stirring until melted.
  7. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni.
  8. Transfer to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
