Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Buns for serving
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onions over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat and add ketchup, mustard, beef broth, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cooked macaroni and cheese until combined.
- Serve on buns.
Notes
- You can use ground turkey instead of beef.
- Add jalapeños for some heat.
- Top with extra cheese if desired.
