- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup macaroni pasta
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cooked macaroni, 1 cup cheese, milk, breadcrumbs, ketchup, onion, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until cooked through.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or corn for extra nutrition.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
