Ingredients

  • 4 cups green beans
  • 2 cups carrots, sliced
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes (made with lactose-free milk)
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (low FODMAP)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
  4. Pour low FODMAP broth into the pan.
  5. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with lactose-free milk.
  7. Steam the green beans and carrots until tender.
  8. Serve the turkey with sides and cranberry sauce.
