A healthier twist on traditional deviled eggs, using low-fat ingredients.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a saucepan and covering with water. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
- Drain the hot water and place the eggs in cold water to cool.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, and salt to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.

- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
