Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  2. Add chicken, white beans, chicken broth, green chilies, cumin, oregano, and black pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
