- 1/2 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
