Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cream cheese, butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Spread the mixture on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
