A delicious Parmesan crusted chicken recipe inspired by LongHorn Steakhouse.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad or vegetables.
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Can substitute chicken with pork or fish.
