Description

A delicious Parmesan crusted chicken recipe inspired by LongHorn Steakhouse.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  4. Dip each chicken breast in the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Sear chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  8. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
