Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and a mix of Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs in a third.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  7. Sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
