Ingredients

- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the lobster tails down the middle, exposing the meat.
- Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
- Remove from grill and brush with remaining butter mixture before serving.
Notes
- Serve with lemon wedges.
- Adjust seasoning based on your preference.
