Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut the lobster tails down the middle, exposing the meat.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
  5. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down.
  6. Grill for 5-6 minutes, then flip and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
  7. Remove from grill and brush with remaining butter mixture before serving.
