- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails down the middle to expose the meat.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic and lemon juice.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
