Ingredients

- 12 oz lobster ravioli
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the lobster ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add lemon juice and lemon zest to the melted butter.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Drain the ravioli and add it to the sauce.
- Toss gently to coat the ravioli in the sauce.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
