Description
A delicious combination of lobster and melted cheese sandwiched between buttery grilled bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the lobster mixture on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the lobster.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 more minutes.
Notes
- Feel free to use any type of cheese you prefer.
- Adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
- Serve immediately for best results.
