Description

A delicious combination of lobster and melted cheese sandwiched between buttery grilled bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the lobster mixture on top of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the lobster.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  7. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Flip the sandwich and cook until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 more minutes.
