Description
A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with the addition of lobster.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add the chopped lobster, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
- Mash the mixture until smooth and well combined.
- Fill the egg whites with the lobster yolk mixture.
- Garnish with fresh chives.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning as desired.
- Can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
