- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour, stirring to create a roux, and cook for 2 minutes.
- Slowly whisk in milk and heavy cream, cooking until thickened.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the cheese sauce.
- Combine cooked macaroni, lobster, and shrimp with the cheese sauce.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
