Description

Loaded steak quesadillas are a delicious meal filled with tender steak and melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced steak, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
  3. Season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  5. Sprinkle half of the cheese on the tortilla.
  6. Add half of the steak mixture on top of the cheese.
  7. Top with more cheese and place another tortilla on top.
  8. Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
  9. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  10. Cut into wedges and serve.

Notes

  • Serve with salsa or sour cream.
  • You can add jalapeños for extra heat.
  • Feel free to use different types of cheese.
