Description
Loaded steak quesadillas are a delicious meal filled with tender steak and melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 pound steak, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced steak, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese on the tortilla.
- Add half of the steak mixture on top of the cheese.
- Top with more cheese and place another tortilla on top.
- Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- Serve with salsa or sour cream.
- You can add jalapeños for extra heat.
- Feel free to use different types of cheese.
