Description

Loaded scalloped potatoes are a creamy, cheesy side dish packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer half of the potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. Pour half of the heavy cream over the potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  5. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cream, cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden.
