- 2 pounds of potatoes
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 cup of cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of green onions, chopped
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool.
- Peel and chop the cooled potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Add chopped potatoes, bacon, cheese, and green onions to the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper, then stir gently to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
