Loaded cowboy BBQ tater tot nachos topped with cheese, jalapenos, and barbecue sauce.

- 32 oz tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup pulled pork
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup jalapenos, sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread tater tots on a baking sheet.
- Bake tater tots for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven and layer pulled pork on top.
- Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
- Add jalapenos and green onions.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.

- Use your favorite barbecue sauce.
- Adjust jalapeno quantity for spice level.
- Can substitute pulled pork with chicken or beef.
