Loaded cowboy BBQ tater tot nachos topped with cheese, jalapenos, and barbecue sauce.


Ingredients

  • 32 oz tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pulled pork
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup jalapenos, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread tater tots on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake tater tots for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  4. Remove from oven and layer pulled pork on top.
  5. Drizzle with barbecue sauce.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Add jalapenos and green onions.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  9. Serve with sour cream on the side.
