- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and water, and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a microwave for 20 seconds.
- Spread a layer of cheese on each tortilla.
- Add cooked beef, diced tomatoes, and green onions on top of the cheese.
- Fold tortillas in half and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with sour cream on the side.

- You can substitute ground beef with chicken or turkey.
