- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, cheese, sour cream, green onions, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
