A creamy and cheesy loaded cauliflower casserole that is a great side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Steam the cauliflower florets until tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the steamed cauliflower, half of the cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions. Mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
