Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz lo mein noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  4. Add bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine.
  6. Stir in green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
