			- 4 limes, zested and juiced
 - 1 lemon, zested and juiced
 - 2 cups sugar
 - 4 cups water
 - 1 package pectin
 
Instructions
- Wash and prepare the limes and lemon.
 - In a pot, combine lime juice, lemon juice, zest, sugar, and water.
 - Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat.
 - Add the pectin and stir well.
 - Boil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
 - Check the consistency and remove from heat.
 - Pour into sterilized jars and seal.

 - Ensure jars are sterilized for preservation.
