Ingredients

- Sweetened condensed milk: 1 can (14 oz or 396 g)
- Fresh lemon juice: ½ cup (about 4 lemons)
- Lemon zest: 2 tablespoons (from about 2 lemons)
- Powdered sugar: for dusting (about ¼ cup or to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Make the lemon filling by whisking together sweetened condensed milk, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the lemon filling over the cooled crust and bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Dust with powdered sugar and slice into squares.
