- 1/2 cup of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of lemon zest
- 1 cup of white chocolate, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed biscuits, condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form small balls from the mixture.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Dip the chilled truffles in melted white chocolate.
- Place on parchment paper to set.
