- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar.
- Add the lemon zest and lemon juice, mix well.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, and mix until combined.
- Shape the dough into a log and slice into rounds.
- Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
