Instructions

- Stir in milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice until combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Shape into a circle and cut into wedges.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
