Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, combine lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch.
- Gradually add water and stir until smooth.

- Remove from heat and beat in eggs and lemon zest.
- Pour mixture into the pie crust.

- Top with whipped cream before serving.
