Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, poppy seeds, lemon zest, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, yogurt, and lemon juice.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Fill muffin cups with batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.
