  • Fresh thyme: 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  • Fresh rosemary: 1 tablespoon (chopped)

  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon (or to taste)
  • Lemon zest: 1 teaspoon (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to 4 hours.
