  • Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
  • Fresh herbs: 1/4 cup, chopped (such as parsley, thyme, or rosemary)
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by whisking together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
